Asbestos Survey For Ash Manor in Ashford, Kent

Built by the Fowler family in the early 1600s with two parallel ranges. The Ash Manor is a three-storey building constructed with red brick and a tiled roof. The property has a string course above each floor and a projection in the centre containing a porch on the ground floor with 2 storeys above it (surrounded by a gable). There are small gables over the outer second floor windows, three sash windows with glazing bars intact and chimney breasts at the north and south ends of the east range. There are also some casement windows in the north wall, and the interior contains C17 twisted balusters at the top of the stairs. The property features fine late C18 painted pine panelling, several C17 panelled rooms and a Priest’s hole.
